Fics like The Real Novel Connection

The end of Jessica Fletcher’s letter rang out in his mind: Jonathan Quayle Higgins III is in love with Thomas Sullivan Magnum IV, and there is nothing wrong with that. Unless you make something wrong with that by not confessing to that dear, sweet man. Now don’t fuss at me. I’m old enough to be your aunt. Call me when you’ve told him how you feel and tell me how wonderful it was to get all that off your chest and make him a happy man. And she had enclosed her telephone number. Magnum swallowed. It felt like he was trying to swallow gravel. “Higgins. We have to talk.” ----------------------------- In which Jessica Fletcher writes Magnum a very different kind of letter at the end of Novel Connection - a far more helpful one. Because it's not like Jessica to leave without meddling in everyone's lives for the better. She can't fail to see that Magnum and Higgins are in love with each other, and she gives Magnum the push he needs to confess.
