Fics like Saudade

But Arondir had gone, some months, perhaps a year ago, now, a blink of an eye to an elf, but to a tired Uruk who foolishly found a heart, the time stretches longer than all the years that had come before. Before their strange fellowship had formed. Before Arondir had found him in this tower and saved him from the clutches of a fate worse than death. The first soft touch of a hand on his. And the scent of trees had filled the air. --- Or, in another life, Adar and his children settle in Mordor and come to peace with Elves and Men. Or, Adar cannot live in the sun and Arondir cannot live in darkness, but they are in love. Or, @Adaristired drew this exquisite art of Adar waiting for Arondir and then the two of them curling up together, and how could I resist?
