Fics like Luis Goes to the Gym (And Other Improbabilities)

After spotting a hot guy through the gym window on his jog to work, Luis is enthralled. Fortunately, the universe happens to align spectacularly well and Luis ends up with the fortuitous chance to get to know Leon Kennedy one-on-one. He learns that Leon is brash and ill-tempered, but maybe, underneath it all, it's possible that he's brasher and even more ill-tempered. Only one way to find out. --- “Gracias for teaching me something I didn’t know.” A pause, heavy and tense. “Are you going to hold up your end of the deal?” “What’s that, hombre?” Luis glanced over his shoulder—a mistake: Leon was already turned fully, looking at him. “Teach me Spanish.” “Por supuesto, querido. Whenever you’d like.” At Leon’s expectant eyebrow, he chuckled softly and translated, “Of course.” Leon was still looking and it was all Luis could do not to turn away again. “Then what’s ‘querido?’” Turning back to his locker, he said, “It’s a term you can use with your friends.”
