Fics like Who's Peter Parker and why do the Avengers want to sue him?

Peter Parker has two Identities: the friendly neighborhood Spider-Man and the Photographer Peter Parker. Peter earns money by selling photos of Spider-Man to J. Jonah Jameson. When the Avengers find out that their favorite Spider is getting slandered by a newspaper, they decide to protect their (Junior) member by suing Peter Parker. Why? Because without his photos, the Daily Bugle wouldn't be taken seriously at all. Now Peter needs a really good Lawyer to convince them that he isn't doing anything bad while keeping his identity secret. Can't be too difficult right? Or No one knows that Peter Parker is Spider-Man. The Avengers threaten Peter with legal action because he sells photos to the No. 1 Spider-Man hater. Ft. Matt Murdock as Peter's Lawyer.
