Fics like Asha’s Wish: (A 100th Disney tribute)

In the kingdom of Rosas, they say anyone’s dream can come true. This is what Princess Asha has been taught her entire life. Founded by her magical grandfather one hundred years ago, and taught by her father King Magnífico, Asha is eager to carry on the legacy of hope and dreams to her subjects. But, when she accidentally grants a forbidden wish, everything her family had built is now at risk of being destroyed by an old foe from the past. Desperate to find a solution, Asha seeks the stars of her ancestors and a literal star arrives to aid her on her journey. Can Asha and Little Star save the magic kingdom before the darkness takes over? NOTE: This is not an attempt to ‘fix’ the movie Wish, but rather it’s my personal tribute to the Disney of my childhood utilizing concepts from the movie. Please don’t assume I’m trying to say “I can do the movie better”, I just want to make my own love letter to the films and stories that always inspired me…before it was lost.
