Fics like like an empty bottle takes the rain

Tim finds a list in one of Dick's book: - Stop blaming yourself - Identify triggers for flashbacks and dreams (jasmine, rain, sleeping on my back) - Find calming strategies that work for you (counting breaths, identifying things in the present, running) - Stop dissociating (Tim will feel insecure if you zone out again in the middle of his baby-detective talks) - Stop isolating yourself - Stop feeling guilty about everything (everyone is alive, everyone is happy. You’re not poisonous.) - Take care of your body (eat, dammit. Alfred will kill you) - Tell someone OR How the Bat Brothers realise their big brother is a survivor, and the healing conversations afterward. Includes Kori and the Titans.
