Halsin had waited three hundred and fifty years for his soulmates, and when he finally meets them, they have no idea who he is or how they're all tied together. Morrow and Astarion's words have been ripped apart by their masters, one set peeled off their skin, the other scarred so badly it is illegible, and neither of them seem particularly ready for a soulmate. But Halsin is confident in the gods, he is confident in the Oak Father, and he is confident that the three of them can overcome anything. Even if that "anything" happens to be a crazed vampire lord, a deceptively enchanting marquis, and an entire cult worshipping an elder brain manipulated by the Dead Three.
