Fics like I'll Be Home for Christmas

“I’m going to tell you what my mother told me,” Remus's mum said time and time again. “Stay away from men with tattoos, a leather jacket, or a motorbike. They’re all trouble, the lot of them, and they’ll bring you nothing but heartache.” Hope Lupin was very wrong about that. In fact, she was spectacularly, stunningly, magnificently wrong. Because Sirius Black was spectacular, stunning, and magnificent, and he loved Remus with a devoted, burning fire that blazed in his veins. He was also everything Remus’s mother had ever warned him about. **** Hope and Lyall Lupin hoped that their wizard son would come home to their little village in Wales and marry a nice, quiet Muggle accountant. So when Remus wants to bring home the flashy curse breaker Sirius Black for Christmas, Remus and Sirius pretend to be just friends at first to ease Mr. and Mrs. Lupin into the idea of their relationship. But everything doesn't go to plan.
