Fics like Smear on a Canvas

Rick Shades, usually bright and lively and loud, sometimes has days where he doesn't feel real, or feels out of place. Like a paper cutout on a vibrant painting, he is devoid of his colors. He had to feel nothing, had to feel detached from it all, in order to survive. He had to die to survive. TW: Implications of death, violence, threats
