Fics like Take My Hand (once, you burned the world, but no more)
He looks into a mirror at three and thinks someone else should be looking back. At three and a half, he dreams of bonfires at festivals and sake passed around and Uchiha telling battle tales and comparing scars. At four he looks at the Hokage monument and feels a complicated, bitter feeling churning in his gut. At four and a half, he remembers. Oh, like it should have been obvious from the beginning and he was a fool for not seeing it earlier. I’m Madara. Or: Three people born once before breathe again, bringing with them change and revolution.
