Trying to find what everyone tells him should be there, over a decade of memories. Familiarity, comfort, love. But there is only a blank space. “I don’t remember you,” Yoongi whispers. Namjoon nods and bows his head, folding over the hands clasped in his lap. “I know I can’t convince you that we’re together, that we have been. But we are, Yoongi.” He peeks up at Yoongi, eyes pleading. “We have a life together, we love each other.” And Yoongi still stares, something in his chest aching at the desperate, hopeful expression on Namjoon’s face. But there is nothing there. “I’m sorry.” -Or- An accident takes thirteen years of memories from Yoongi. Including all the memories of his boyfriend, Namjoon.
