So when he is sent on a routine mission to scope out the lair of a new plant-controlling meta (right after being hurt by the man he was/is majorly crushing on), being whipped by tree roots doesn't really cross his mind. Granted, neither does the prospect of power-canceling magic herbs. This is SO not how he thought he'd go out. Luckily, Len has his back (literally), even if he is a dense brute.
