Fics like It's Always The Government's Fault: A Watching The Show Fic

The government fricks up. Now, everyone is trapped where they are. They can't leave or communicate with those more than a few feet away. The entire universe forced to watch what is described as "Magical knowledge in the form of a serialized documentary." Basically: The entire human race is watching Gravity Falls, but since they just stay where they were when "Attacked", Mabel and Dipper are just dealing with the six people that were in the library with them. Not their parents, not other GF characters, etc. So... Condensed character list. OCs, sorry! But it's an Outsider POV, what am I supposed to do? I also generally hate OC fics, but I'll try to make them enjoyable.
