For Bun and Xia's Spookiss Minibang with accompanying art by NERAKiYA ! — Akira tips his head back and laughs. The moment lasts only seconds, yet it snags every facet of Goro’s attention. Goro nearly forgets to chew his food, let alone take a breath in, at the relaxed line of Akira’s shoulders as he leans back into Goro’s space. One bark of laughter from Akira feels equivalent to a whole school’s affection in a day. Since Akira stumbled into Goro’s life, Goro hasn’t known peace. Never in a millennia did he expect someone to grasp his attention with a flick of a wrist—not only interacting without ulterior motives, but challenging him with battles of wits and snark unlike anyone else at the academy. — With as high of a status Goro holds due to his vampiric charm, Goro could drink from any Shujin student he desires with no consequence. Yet, here he is, holding back from biting the one person who views him as an equal and, most bafflingly, a friend: Akira Kurusu.
