Fics like To Be Loved

Tav notices that something's wrong with Astarion. After some critical think they realize why- Astarion has not fed in some time, and it's definitely affecting him. With limited options at their current disposal, Tav offers their blood. While Astarion is apprehensive, he caves, knowing that he can't continue as he is without putting his life (and Tav's) at risk in his weakened state. Unfortunately, not feeding for some time can lead to losing oneself until sated. Astarion ends up drinking more than he wanted, and for the first time in so long, fears losing someone he cares for.
