Fics like With You, Nothing Is The Same

Omori wins, and Sunny falls, only to end up surviving. The only thing that could make a bad ending worse is if he had to face the people he hurt after leaving town to treat his injuries. Two years after his failed attempt at the hospital, Sunny is invited to Kel and Hero's home by their mom for the summer. With his sister still by his side and in his head to keep him safe, the boy goes to confront those he had left behind. Only now, he isn't the only one stuck in the past, and the brewing emotions bring back the one thing that had torn them apart six years ago.
