Fics like The Turning of Time

When Merlin comes to restore his magic in the Crystal Cave after the Gean Canach took it from him, he receives something else too: a second chance. Back in time, the young warlock is torn between wanting to fulfil the prophecy or forgetting about destiny all together to just live his life. Whatever he chooses for, there are many things changing, old friendships strengthening and new relationships forming. Or… Everything I wish happened in the show instead.
