Fics like everything is better when we’re together

“Come on Jungkookie! Make a wish! And make sure you don’t tell us either, it won’t come true that way!” And old tale that was never proven to be true, but to this day, Jungkook doesn’t tell anyone his wishes. This one’s a no brainer however. Under the fond and excited gazes of his hyungs, he takes a deep breath—I wish for Seokjin-hyung to come home to me soon—and blows out his candles. His face burns crimson when they all cheer at him, leaning over to punch his arms and ruffle his hair. (Six thousand miles apart, and the distance hurts. Jungkook misses Seokjin more than anything, goes through the motions of it, and has a special birthday wish come true.)
