Fics like build me up, buttercup

“I know what you’ve been preparing me for now,” Stiles says. “I know what’s coming. But I still don’t understand, why help me? Why aren’t you all training and banding together to fight it instead of giving me your blessings and hoping for the best?” Aellopus clicks her teeth together, and her eyes are solemn as she responds for the collective group of species, “What use is an army against a titan?” (Stiles doesn't know why groups of supernatural creatures keep coming to him and his pack for sanctuary, and he has even less of an idea why they keep giving him magical presents when he agrees to give them said sanctuary.)
