Fics like The Eternal Child Of Flower Fruit Mountain

What if Sun Wukong had gotten immortality too early so instead of being an adult in his prime he's an eternal child but doesn't realize it? How would that effect the story? How would that change events of canon and MK's training as they slowly put the pieces together? Or...my amazing readers gave me the excuse to write more child wukong and let the crew take care of my favorite character.
