Fics like to come home

Then Ichigo offers the same hand to Xanxus, who automatically does the same, only to feel the earth fall off his feet and their flames touch. His inner flame, almost always equal amount of Storm as he is SKy, unbalances until Xanxus' arm is bright orange, all Sky and no Storm. Ichigo, whose flame until now was pure orange sunset dips down to dusk, the Cloud-indigo taking over and spreading over his arm. It's like getting a piece of himself he didn't know was missing, like finally knowing someone always has his six from the distance; it's like a warmth setting over his bones after walking on the snow for too long, like finding a favorite piece of clothing he thought was lost. They Harmonize. Xanxus finally has a Cloud guardian. – Ichigo becomes Xanxus' Cloud guardian. Shenanigans follow.
