Fics like Quite My Favorite

"What's your opinion of the others?" When confronted with Armstrong's rattled question -- spoken in a hush of confidence after scooting his chair in close -- Lawrence needs barely a pause. This scenario is merely the latest thread in the tapestry he's weaving, his magnum opus. His expression does not change, and his answer is simple and lightly-spoken: "I haven't really formed one." Simple, lightly-spoken, and a lie. He's had strong opinions about the lot of them, for a long time. That's why they're here. Why he's put so much care into plotting out the order of their deaths. Why he's set on saving aside a very particular guest for last.
