Fics like chasing a dream

“Teach me,” Funneh breaths. She tries to look sympathetic, but not like she was outright begging. She was not at rock bottom yet. “Teach me to play.” Alec looks, looks long and hard. His blank expression is there, of course, though his eyebrows slightly furrow together. His eyes looking into hers. God how she had always been so intrigued by his eyes. Funneh can't even tell if he’s thinking it over when he finally speaks. “No.” - or in which Funneh lost her love for volleyball and the only way to get it back is with the help of a face from her past.
