Fics like lingering luminescence
It starts with the food. At first, Kaveh doesn’t think anything of it. He comes home a few times to Alhaitham saying he’s cooked dinner, or how he’s found some market stall on his way home from work, and somehow there's always leftovers for Kaveh. It’s an oddly kind gesture, but Kaveh doesn’t think too much of it. He’s well aware of the more traditional courting rituals, but he sincerely doubts that Alhaitham cares for them. He probably doesn’t even realize that an alpha gifting food to an omega constantly like this could be seen as courting.
