Finnian Blackthorne has been given the chance to succeed his family's company as the new CEO, under one very simple condition- he is not allowed to date. An easy enough condition, given his own distaste for his sexuality. Being an omega never did any good for him, anyways, and he's perfectly happy staying single if it means enjoying all the privileges his new position grants him. With a top floor office and his very own secretary, Finn has never felt more satisfied with his life. Jakob Holt has been running from his instincts for over a decade, afraid of his overly strong alpha urges. So when he's given the chance to take on the job position of secretary, he's more than glad for the chance to productively channel his instincts. The stifling nature of the big city quiets the beast within him, and all is well. His new boss is a bit strange, but ultimately a pleasure to work for. One mistimed heat, however, is all it takes to change everything between them forever.
