It started out as something Alberu did to stave off his boredom. It reminded him of his mother, who taught him things he could do to pass the time. “Loves me, loves me not.” He did it when he missed his mother or when he was bored at first, but as that stupid redhead kept nudging his way into his life, it changed. “He loves me, he loves me not.” Ah, how unfortunate it is that most of the flowers in the palace seem to only have an even number of petals. (The summary and title are VERY misleading, this is just pining Alberu.) Title is from heavy metal by Bring Me The Horizon (The meaning of the song has nothing to do with the fic itself, I just really like this song. This is not a songfic.)
