Fics like Down to Earth

Haze filled the Agent’s head as they slowly came to. At first they assumed they were dead, floating in empty space and ready to accept their fate until they gradually started to regain their senses. Sounds were faint and seemed far away, like they were coming from beneath a thick pile of blankets, but they picked up on the muted beeping of some machine. They slowly became aware of the thin sheets resting against their skin and a gentle breeze caressing their face, playing with their hair and brushing it against their cheek. An explanation for what happened to my interpretation of Agent Phoenix between ieytd 1 and 2 :] Edit to add as of December 2024: I will not be finishing this (as evident of a severe lack of updates since Ch 2). Sorry for the cliffhanger, but I just don't have that writer's bug in me 😔 Thank you if you've read this and left a comment or a kudos or anything, it means a lot /gen
