It was all to much for him, the last bit of resolve broke. In a society where the measure of a person begins with their quirk how does one measure a quirkless boy with a dream of being a hero. There upon the rooftop he made his decision to follow the advice of his most prominent tormentor. “Take a swan dive off the roof and hope for a quirk in the next life.” There on the ledge of the building he was left on he closed his eyes and let it all go. The Phoenix Force had other plans, it had burned this world over 20 times before and was ready to do so again, then it saw him fall. It would give him another chance, a chance to be a hero and change the world. To guide it to a new era, to push it further instead of the stagnant cesspool it had become. He would die, consumed by the fires of the Phoenix to be reborn, given the power to change the world. And change the world he must, either that or burn it all down to start again. From the Ashes he will rise born again, the Phoenix.
