Fics like Sing A Requiem For The Broken Songbird

Jason Peter Todd-Wayne died. Everyone knew this. Jason Peter Todd-Wayne came back to life. Few people knew this. Jason Peter Todd-Wayne fell in love while he was dead. Only about ten people knew this. Jason Peter Todd-Wayne secretly wishes he stayed dead. He wishes he stayed with the love of his afterlife. Some days, Jason wants to die again. He doesn't though. The last thing Phantom had said to him was, "Enjoy the life you get the chance to live." Jason wouldn't want to disappoint Phantom. Jason hates living, but maybe the man he met while on patrol makes him hate it a little less. The man doesn't know who Jason is past the helm of Red Hood, and Jason doesn't know who the man is besides his last name, Nightingale. This is fine. Jason doesn't need to know who the man is, and the man is safer not knowing who Jason is. At least they can bond over being half dead.
