Fics like Salvation

In Cloud City on the planet of Bespin, under the protection of his uncle Orson Krennic and his eccentric friend Lando Calrissian, lives a young, brilliant engineer by the name of Ben Kenobi. Hidden for most of his life under false pretenses, Ben doesn’t understand why it’s forbidden to leave the colony or why he always must wear kyber crystals on his person. He longs to leave, longs to fight the Empire, but his uncle hardly even mentions what – or who - it is that he’s protecting him from. It’s hard to fight when one does not know who the enemy is. All he knows, all he feels, is the Force he’s not allowed to use under any circumstances.
