Whisper a dangerous secret to someone you care about.... Now they have the power to destroy you.....But they won't.... This is what love is. To desire the most alien of aliens is not looked upon favorably by humans. To long for tentacles and scales and excessive amounts of eyes and razor tipped teeth is seen as a demeaning disgusting fetish.(Though interestingly enough, not usually by the creatures who are the focus of these desires.) So Julian ignores his preferences, and carefully avoids involving himself with anyone a bit too alien. Even the enigmatic and ever so beautifuly scaled, and rigged, and clawed Cardassian who was obviously hitting on him. Until he sees Garak in a very inhuman and slightly compromising state, and for the first time in his life let's himself have a taste of the strange wonders he's denied himself. What follows is confusion and philosophy and misunderstandings, and secrets and terrible Cardassian epics, and questioning his entire life....well maybe not his entire life, but at least a good 40% of it. Meanwhile, Garak is planning their enjoinment, and debating if he's fallen quite far enough in his life to have the reception at Quark's.
