Fics like The Decline and Fall of the Jedi Order

A hundred years after the cataclysmic Battle of Rakata Prime, the Jedi and Sith Orders have vanished from the face of the galaxy, and Mandalore is a crippled shell wracked by clan warfare. After 25,000 years of constant religious war, the Republic has finally begun to truly heal and grow into its own right. The devastation of war and passage of time have left the horrific, blood soaked years known as the Mandalorian Wars a distant nightmare. The Jedi Order is forgotten, and those who remember it want it to stay gone. Now, following the discovery of a vast cache of records collected by a deceased hermit on Dantooine, for the first time we are able to present a comprehensive history of the decline and fall of the Jedi Order. We hope that this is only the start of ongoing efforts to learn from the mistakes of the past, and in doing so, build a brighter future.
