Fics like Buggy the Star Clown Kidnaps a Child for Ransom

“Look," Shanks says, "I just need you to keep an eye on Luffy. For every year I get word that he’s safe, I’ll give you 1/10th of the map. When he’s 17, you’ll have the full thing. Who knows, maybe you’ll be able to follow it earlier. Might only need six or seven pieces.” Huh, Buggy actually kinda likes the sound of that. He’s a crafty son of a bitch. He can find a good cartographer to extrapolate after the first piece or two. Or, better yet, he could get the full map in less than a year. He has an idea. A really good, deliciously devious idea.
