Fics like falling, will anyone catch me

“You know when you once asked me to tell you fun new English words if I find some?” the younger said, completely baffling Jere, who was expecting anything but a lesson in English vocabulary. “I do?” I sounded more like a question than an answer at this point. What was this lesson going to be about and why did Bojan have to sit so seductively on him to deliver this message? “I might have one for you. It’s ‘puck bunny’.” “Puck bunny?” Jere repeated, uncertain of the meaning. He knew what a puck was – he literally spent a good chunk of the afternoon chasing one around. And he also knew what a bunny was – that cute little animal with the long ears that for some reason laid chocolate eggs. But he had no idea what the two would mean together.
