Fics like see you in a better place

“For real?” Nagisa says, sitting up himself. “You’re seriously listening?” “Don’t give me that look. I’m serious.” He doesn’t question how Karma knows what “that look” is without actually seeing him. “Okay. But not right now. I don’t actually have a lot of ideas yet.” Karma’s golden eyes blink back open and he says, “If we’re not having that conversation right now, we’re having a different one instead. I owe you an apology.” Nagisa raises both eyebrows. “I didn’t expect you to start this one. Thought I’d have to force you to have it at all.” “Normally, yeah, but I’m feeling sentimental. Sue me.” (or: Karma and Nagisa’s reconciliation, and patching wounds)
