Fics like my tools have turned to rust

At first, he’d thought it was quieter here, up in the north near Grisllemar. He’d later realized it was just a different kind of noise. There is no beating of war drums, no scheming around a table, no blood rushing in his ears as he knows with a certainty lodged deep in his heart that he is meant to be something greater, and if some people fall behind, then it’s a price he’s willing to pay. Instead, there is the clucking of chicken nuggets, the rushing of the Sangre somewhere in the ribcage mountains to his west, the beating of the Grisllemar ocean against the cliffs. And now, someone breathing beside him. Or, Deli and Colin meet again, years after the Ravening War.
