Fics like Château d'Spaceman (How to Mourn an Apocalypse)
Aradia is disrupting his Very Specific Schedule. To babysit aliens. If it was as Miss Minute, that’d be one thing. Yeah, Lightning Bug and Miss Minute work together, but Sollux still only does hero shit on the weekends, and it’s not like he’s actually obligated to follow her around and do what she does. He could just leave it to her. But Aradia is being appointed alien babysitter as Aradia Megido. ---- Sollux Captor (IT guy and weekend superhero) has a pretty good thing going. Then he gets roped into helping his best friend/partner/person Aradia (museum curator and general superhero) supervise a pair of aliens fleeing a planetary extinction event as they settle in to their new lives on Earth. Eridan and Feferi do not make this easy for them.
