Fics like a lust for Knowledge

Danny Carey specializes in obtaining the most arcane and obscure magic(k)al texts for the edification of both himself and an exclusive list of clients. But then he meets MJ Keenan, who once had a very strange experience while spelunking in Mexico and now believes some kind of occult force is coming for him. He seeks a very rare book, one with a reputation for not wanting to be found or owned. But it also seems he seeks Danny himself, as their attraction is off-the-charts from first meeting. Can they attempt to control whatever it is which assembles in realms beyond? And will their mutual desire be a help or a hinderance?
