Fics like who says birthday wishes don't come true?

As far as birthdays go, Tim's 15th birthday ranks pretty high on his list, top three at least. Sure his parents skipped out last minute and Red Hood shot and tried to kill him, but that first part is normal and that second part means that Tim got to hang out with Jason Todd for his birthday. Maybe he should reevaluate his rankings, because hanging out with his childhood hero definitely boosts this birthday to top two, and it's not two.
