Fics like Incarnation

As SkekGra and UrGoh settle into life at the Circle of the Suns, they grapple with the nature of the bond that calls them to unity, the burdens of both their pasts, and a new connection that's started to form between them--one that feels almost as powerful as the first, true bond. This is a story of touch, breath, and laughter; a story of sugar, smoke, and spice. A story of being known. Of desire. Of letting go of shame. And of the irresistible nature of life, no matter the dread of the beginning and the mystery of the end. "You do not have to be good. You do not have to walk on your knees for a hundred miles through the desert repenting. You only have to let the soft animal of your body love what it loves." --from "Wild Geese" by Mary Oliver
