Fics like Reignited

Zazzalil and Jemilla have been separated for nearly a year. And Zazzalil is over it, over her, has moved on. But when Jemilla comes back in town for the summer, can history really be left in the past? If you've read my high school au, Making Peace with Fire, this is loosely in the universe, taking place after that with a few minor changes, but you don't need to read that to understand this. I might develop it into something more after Pride month. Written for Pride 2023 Day One: Home (prompt by sunflowerpirateart on Tumblr)
