Fics like Two Dumb Princes

Twilight knew what was going to be asked before he even entered the Throne Room. The constant tension between the Kingdom of Inferna and Goodereste has been going on since his father first became king and neither side has risked pushing into a full-on war. Yet. Go visit Goodereste yourself and begin trying to form some kind of diplomatic compromise with the rivalling kingdoms Prince Dawner. It was an awful plan, but Twilight was determined to prove himself. Besides, the last thing he needed when it eventually became his turn to rule is some petty rivalry with a powerful kingdom for a reason he doesn't even fully understand. Things would seem to be much more difficult however as Prince Dawner was anything but diplomatic. In fact he was outright a pain in his ass; not seeming to take anything he says seriously and constantly yammering about how great his kingdom was like he was quoting some textbook. It doesn't help his vivid cobalt blue eyes kept distracting him either...a feeling tugging at the back of his mind of a familiar feeling from long ago that Twilight honestly doesn't have the time to bother remembering. OR They think they hate each other but are madly in love. and gay. and stupid.
