Fics like Tempt Me Softly, But Touch Me Just The Same

“When the Department of Mysteries brought me back with their ‘oops, sorry you fell through a veil in a room that you weren’t even supposed to be in two years ago’, I’d imagined that I would enjoy my second chance at freedom a little more, oh I don’t know, free?” *** One month following the battle of Hogwarts, newly appointed Minister of Magic, Kingsley Shacklebolt makes his first decree: destroy the veil in the Department of Mysteries. In doing so, Sirius Black returns, and the chaos that unfolds is one of a kind. Remus Lupin wants the year off to spend with his wife and son. Hermione just wants to pass her N.E.W.T’s. And Minerva McGonagall wants a normal year. What will happen when Sirius agrees to teach in Remus’s place at Hogwarts so his old friend can have his wish? And what will transpire when his teacher’s assistant turns out to be a little more than what he can handle?
