Fics like The Betrayed Returner

In another attempt to get One For All, All For One had infected All Might with a 'viral' mind control quirk, that spread a paranoid idea from one host to multiple. All Might went on to infect Nedzu and Eraserhead with this virus, and once it got to Eraserhead, that's when the paranoid idea triggered. The idea that Izuku Midoriya would be the traitor in UA. Izuku was kicked out of UA, and while All Might tried to get the quirk back it didn't exactly work like that anymore. Izuku Midoriya was killed in the short time that it seemed like he didn't have One For All. But eventually he woke up, a prisoner in a cart, and a person in blue armor exclaimed 'Hey, You! You're finally awake.' This is the story of how he returned after escaping the place he was Isekai'd to.
