Fics like “You didn’t tell me your extended family was in town!”

“They’re sort of like the younger brothers I never knew I wanted,” Mikey chuckles, “I could get used to this! Bossing someone around, giving life advice, taking them to the movies…” He gets a gentle flick in the forehead as a reward, “The last thing those guys need is your life advice.” “Excuse you! I’m a barrel of wisdom. I’m teaching mini me how to hotwire a car this weekend.” “They’re only here for a few more days Mikey, don’t too get attached,” Don adds lightly, “eventually they’re going to have to go home to their dimension.” Raph stretches his arms out behind his head and grins, “and I for one can’t wait for it to happen!” ~~~ Aka, the story where the 87 turtles stick around for a little longer after the movie to help with the damage control, and maybe all bond with one another along the way
