Orel Puppingtons favorite thing in the universe used to be God, but with how his prayers have been turning out, how the Christians around him act, with how scary his life is, he isn’t so sure anymore. Or: at the end of the show Orel turns out okay somehow and still has his faith despite everything. As a Christian who grew up in a conservative home I wanted to explore Orels changing relationship with God.
