It had guided the histories of countless empires and worlds for as long as they’d existed, the token of their wealth and power was tied to the hand that wielded it best. To just…do away with it…it would unravel the very system that they’d come to create…but this couldn’t go on. The wars that were cast for its sake, for control over this precious resource…Star knew it had to come to an end. Perhaps erasing magic wasn’t the key to its end. Maybe…maybe the perfect vessel would do. She was more than willing to offer herself this cause, to give her very being to ensuring that the world continued forward, prospering and unfettered…but it was found that this wouldn’t be her burden to bear. It would be Marco’s. But who would have thought that what they thought was meant to bind the worlds...would inevitably come be the end of all of them. And it would all come in the form...of a song. //NOTE//: This is a very explicit work of fiction, so please read cautiously, and please leave your thoughts and impressions in the comments, if you would.
