Fics like Stork

“Yeah, yeah.” Sam sighed, “But I guess what I mean is… What’s so special about this one mech that y’all are purposefully searching him out?” “We believe he may be one of the last Cybertronians that were…” Bumblebee paused as he considered how best to explain it, “Before the Allspark, we had his kind. They can create sparklings and help others carry sparklings. They actually made the Allspark for us as our population had grown so large that they had trouble keeping up, and while they remained well respected the Allspark became more popular so they became less revered. Due to their capabilities, they were one of the first commodities to be fought over and destroyed in the war.” ---- Or: The Autobots and Decepticons that fought in Mission City were not the first Cybertronians to land on Earth. Some went there for safety, fleeing from a war they wanted no part in. Some went there because they were lost and had no other choice. One of them is a relic from before the Allspark became the predominant power on Cybertron, and they might just be able to make sure that the Cybertronian race as a whole doesn't die out. Unsurprisingly, it's not an easy thing to face, or to ask.
