In the next train car over, a regressor stares at nothing, awaiting the paid service to begin again. After having lived through this false crisis innumerable times already, he can estimate the exact moment that this world will be plunged into hell once more. This will be the last time. He will be the most brutal and cruel version of himself, if that's what the story demands in order to end it. But... who is this weak, small child, with dark eyes that shine with stars?
