Fics like Little birds in golden cages

When Zack Fair finds a wounded omega on the streets of the slums, he wants to help him in any way he can. Little does he know what that merciful act will lead to. Cloud Strife left his hometown for the big city of Midgar, hoping to find it more progressive than the small town he grew up in. It isn't. At least he's been lucky so far. He's got a job, a great boss, an apartment, and no pack. But with every birthday, his own personal doomsday draws closer. Because on your birthday, you can present – meaning that a mark appears on your skin, showing which pack fate has decided you belong to. Literally, in case you're an omega.
